Question 1

What exactly do I get after purchase?

Accepted Answer

After purchase you receive a digital product — a fully composed road trip with daily routes, recommended stops, coffee and lunch tips, hotel recommendations, fuel notes and founder notes on the route. Everything is designed so you can set off without unnecessary planning.

Question 2

What if the trip did not match what was promised?

Accepted Answer

On your first purchase we offer a voluntary fair guarantee. If after purchase you find that the guide does not contain what was promised on the product page, write to us within 3 days of purchase — by e-mail at info@gotourino.com. We read every request personally and respond within 2 business days. If we find that the product genuinely did not match what we promised, we will refund you or propose another appropriate solution. The guarantee does not cover weather, traffic conditions, hotel availability or other circumstances outside the content of the product itself.

Question 3

Why should I pay for a trip if I can find a route myself?

Accepted Answer

You can find a route yourself. But Gotourino is not just a route.

You get a prepared road trip with selected roads, stops, hotel tips, practical notes and the rhythm of the day. You pay for the time you do not have to spend planning and for the confidence that someone has thought the road through before you.

Question 4

Nie. Google Maps je len nástroj na navigáciu. Gotourino trip je sprievodca celým road tripom - s itinerárom, stage, zastávkami, hotelmi, poznámkami a logikou dňa. Google Maps linky sú súčasťou produktu, nie celý produkt.

Accepted Answer

No. Google Maps is only a navigation tool.

A Gotourino trip is a guide for the whole road trip - with an itinerary, stages, stops, hotels, notes and the logic of the day. Google Maps links are part of the product, not the whole product.

Question 5

What does self-guided trip mean?

Accepted Answer

Self-guided means you travel in your own car, at your own pace, and without a guide. The route and itinerary are prepared for you, but you do the trip independently.

Question 6

How do I use the trip on the road?

Accepted Answer

After purchase, you get online access to the trip. Inside, you will find each day, stages, Google Maps links, stops and practical notes.

Open the current stage, start navigation and follow the prepared guide.

Question 7

Do I have to follow the plan exactly?

Accepted Answer

No. Gotourino is a self-guided trip. You drive your own car at your own pace.

The guide gives you a prepared structure, route and recommendations, but you still have the freedom to shape the day around yourself.

Question 8

Do I have to book accommodation myself?

Accepted Answer

Unless stated otherwise for a specific trip, accommodation is booked separately by you. However, the trip may include accommodation suggestions that match the style and rhythm of the journey.

Question 9

When and how do I receive the product?

Accepted Answer

Immediately after purchase. You will receive an email with access to your digital product. No app or special software is required.

Question 10

Are hotels or meals included in the price?

Accepted Answer

No. The price includes access to the digital guide. Hotels, meals, fuel, tolls and other costs are paid separately.

Inside the trip you will find recommended hotels, stops and practical tips so you do not have to search for everything from scratch.

Question 11

Do you also offer custom trips?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In addition to ready-made trips, we also create custom trips for those who want a road trip designed around their own time, driving style, and preferences.

Question 12

What are Private / Guided Drives?

Accepted Answer

Private / Guided Drives are a more personal road trip format for those who want more than just a prepared itinerary. It is a more closed format with a stronger focus on shared experience, guidance, and a more intensive journey.
